Chocoland Rocket Pancakes
A deliciously chocolately and malty twist on a thick and fluffy pancake… the perfect breakfast treat to inspire creativity and fuel weekend adventures. Created by @thehappygolucy.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Horlicks Kids Chocoland
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 265ml buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp melted butter

Method
Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, salt, buttermilk, egg and vanilla in a bowl and mix until smooth.
Chop your chosen fruit selection – we used apples and strawberries.
Shape your pancakes and use the fruit to decorate. You can also add rocket smoke using whipped cream.
