Horlicks cream

This indulgent cream can bring a hint of Horlicks to any recipe. Whether you’re dolloping on our breakfast pancakes or slathering onto scones, add a finishing touch of malt to lift your dish to the next level!

Made using Horlicks Original.

Just add milk. The original malted recipe loved for more than 140 years.


  • 50g Horlicks Original
  • 200ml double cream
  • 1 vanilla pod or 1 tsp vanilla essence


In a large bowl, whisk the cream, vanilla and Horlicks Original together until soft peaks are formed, being careful not to over-whisk. Serve alongside your favourite sweet treat for a decadent twist.
