Horlicks bbq glaze

This BBQ glaze can liven up your cooking with a hint of Horlicks. Whether you’re glazing grilled vegetables or making a dipping sauce for BBQ lamb, this glaze will add a finishing touch of malt to lift your dish to the next level!

Made using Horlicks Original.

Just add milk. The original malted recipe loved for more than 140 years.


  • 1 tbsp Horlicks Original
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 200ml smoky BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp redcurrant jelly
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated


Mix the ingredients together in a bowl and use to coat your favourite meat, tofu or halloumi before grilling or barbecuing.
