Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Horlicks Original
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 200ml smoky BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp redcurrant jelly
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
Method
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl and use to coat your favourite meat, tofu or halloumi before grilling or barbecuing.
