1. UK residents only, aged 18 or above, excluding employees and their immediate families of GlaxoSmithKline, their agents, third parties, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Enter between 12.00 on 15th December 2010 and 12.00 on 30th December 2011. Promotional packs only available for a limited time.
3. The Prizes: Apple iPad^® (16GB Wi-Fi + 3G) x50, Sony 32" TV's (model KDL-32EX401) x100, Pure EVOKE Flow digital, FM and internet radios x350 and £10 hmv vouchers x5,000. Cost of 3G data service for iPad^®s is not included, and if required, will be the sole responsibility of the winners.
4. To Enter: Purchase a promotional pack of Horlicks and warm the heat-reveal patch from the inside of the sticky label on a cup or similar. If it reveals a winning message, then go to www.horlicks.co.uk and enter the unique seven-digit code from the label along with your name and details and follow the further instructions.
5. All prizes are available to be won and have been fairly and randomly distributed across promotional stock under the supervision of PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
6. Access to the internet is required in order to claim a prize.
7. Please retain your winning label as it will be required to validate your prize claim.
8. Residents of Northern Ireland Only: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY - For the same chance of winning with no purchase, send your name and address on a postcard to: Horlicks Instant Relaxation NPN, PO Box 95, Leigh, Lancs, WN7 1WS to be received by 12th December 2011. Only one entry per stamped postcard, maximum of three entries per person, per day. All such entries will be sent a randomly selected Horlicks promotional label with which to enter as above. Please allow 14 days for receipt.
9. Non-winners Prize Draw: even if you have not got a Winning message from the heat-reveal label visit www.horlicks.co.uk during the promotional period and enter your details and the seven-digit unique code to receive an entry into a separate prize draw to win Apple iPad^® (16GB Wi-Fi + 3G), three to be won. This draw will be conducted under independent supervision at noon on 4th January 2012 and winners informed within seven days by email.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value and specification in the event of circumstances outside of their control. All descriptions, specifications and images of prizes used in promotional material are valid at the time of going to print. Colours and other minor specifications of prizes may differ from those illustrated. No cash alternative is offered in respect of non-cash prizes.
11. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated prizes, in whole or in part. The prizes are not transferable. GSK reserves the right to change or provide a similar alternative prize of the same or greater value or specification should circumstances beyond GSK's control make this necessary.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for winning labels that are lost or entries delayed or which are unable to be sent due to software or hardware failure or for any other reason beyond its control.
13. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Entries made by a third party or with automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.
14. Winners of iPad^®s, TVs and DAB radios will be contacted within five working days by phone to confirm their name and delivery address. If no response from the winner is received within 28 days, the Promoter retains the right to withdraw the prize.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants it believes are acting in breach of these terms and conditions.
16. GSK's decisions will be final - no correspondence shall be entered into.
17. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
18. Winners may be asked for proof of identity and/or proof of purchase.
19. Please allow 28 days for delivery of prizes.
20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays by the postal services, for incorrect details being provided by the winner or for any other unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

We reserve the right to remove any comment or user from our sites - although we have no duty to do so. When comments are removed, it's usually because they break one or more of our rules of engagement. Repeated violation of these rules may result in the suspension of your commenting privileges.
